My Payment Isn't Going Through

We're sorry you're having trouble. Here are a few things that usually help.

  • Check with your bank. Some banks and credit unions need extra confirmation before approving an online payment. Letting your bank know you're purchasing from Honorpix often resolves this.
  • Try another card or payment method. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Ask us for a payment link. We can send you a separate link that asks for your billing address and phone number. This extra information often helps the payment go through.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't store any card details.
