If you change your mind, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Just contact us at [email protected] within those 14 days.

Accidental or duplicate purchases

If you bought the wrong plan by mistake, or were charged twice, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll arrange a refund or move you to the correct plan.

What to include in your request

• The email address used to purchase
• Your order number or gallery name, if you have it
• The reason for your request

Before contacting your bank

If you're thinking about disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us first. We reply within 24–48 hours and can usually resolve things much faster than a bank dispute. Once a dispute or chargeback has been lodged, we're unable to process a refund ourselves.
