What Happens When a Free Gallery Closes?

A free Honorpix gallery stays open for 37 days after the date of the service. When it closes, you have two options:

  • Upgrade to a paid plan. This reopens the gallery straight away so family and friends can keep viewing and sharing.
  • Download a copy and close it. Download the ZIP file of all photos and messages to keep.

Important: photos are deleted after 90 days

Ninety days after the service, all photos, messages and gallery details are permanently deleted. This can't be undone, and our team is not able to recover anything after this point.

Will I be reminded?

Yes. We'll email you 7 days before the photos are permanently deleted.

How do I download the photos?

Log in to your host dashboard, go to the Download section and generate your ZIP file. Please download it before the 90-day point so the memories are kept safe.
