How Do I Add More Photos to a Free Gallery?

A free gallery holds up to 50 photos. To let family and friends keep sharing, you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

When the 50-photo limit is reached

  • The upload button shows a "Photo limit reached" message, and no new photos can be added.
  • Everything already shared stays in the gallery and can still be viewed and downloaded.
  • We'll email you once to let you know the limit has been reached.

How to upgrade

  1. Log in to your host dashboard.
  2. Select Upgrade Now, in the banner at the top of the screen or in the main menu.
  3. Choose the plan that suits your family: Small, Medium or Large.
  4. Complete payment.

The upgrade happens straight away:

  • The photo limit is removed and video sharing is turned on.
  • Every feature in your new plan becomes available, such as albums or custom colors.
  • Your gallery's open period updates to match your new plan.
  • A receipt is emailed to you.

Can I upgrade after the free gallery has closed?

Yes, at any time up to 90 days after the service. Upgrading a closed gallery reopens it straight away, with all photos still in place. After 90 days the photos are permanently deleted, and upgrading is no longer possible.
