Can Guests Download Photos From the Gallery?

Yes, if the family allows it. This gives relatives and friends a way to keep copies of photos of their loved one. There are two options, and the family can switch either one on or off.

Downloading individual photos

When this is switched on, guests can select the More (three-dot) icon on any photo and choose Download. They'll receive the full-resolution photo.

Downloading the whole gallery

When this is switched on and the family has generated a ZIP file, guests will see a Download Gallery ZIP option when they next open the gallery.

How to switch these on

In your host dashboard, go to Manage → Manage Settings, then turn on Allow guests to download photos and/or Allow Guests ZIP Download.

If you've added professional photos, please check it's alright for guests to download them before turning this on.
