How to Download All Photos, Videos and Messages

You can download everything in the memorial gallery as a single ZIP file to keep. It includes every photo and video in its original quality, plus all guestbook messages.

  1. Log in to your host dashboard.
  2. Open your gallery and select Generate ZIP.
  3. Select Generate to start creating your file.
  4. Depending on the size of the gallery, this can take up to an hour. We'll email you as soon as it's ready.
  5. Click the download link in that email to save the ZIP file.

What's included

  • All photos and videos in their original, full resolution
  • Everything organized into folders by the name of the person who shared it
  • A separate file containing all guestbook messages

Tips for keeping the memories safe

  • Make sure you have enough space before downloading. A gallery with many videos can be several gigabytes.
  • It's usually easier to download to a computer than a phone.
  • Save a backup copy straight away, for example to an external hard drive or to cloud storage such as Google Drive, Dropbox or iCloud.
  • If people are still adding photos, you can generate a new ZIP later to include everything.
  • Download before the gallery's hosting period ends. We'll send you a reminder.
