Adding a Tribute Message or Video to the Gallery

You can add a short tribute message, and a video if you'd like, that family and friends see when they first open the memorial gallery. It's a gentle way to welcome people and let them know what to share.

How to add a tribute message

  1. Log in to your host dashboard and open your gallery.
  2. Go to the gallery Settings.
  3. Type your message in the Welcome Message field.
  4. Save your changes.

For example: "Thank you for being here for [name]. Please share any photos, videos or memories you have. They mean so much to our family."

How to add a tribute video

  1. In the gallery Settings, find the Welcome Video option.
  2. Upload your video from your device.

Tips

  • Keep the message short and warm. One or two sentences is enough.
  • Videos work best at under 60 seconds.
  • You can update the message or video at any time, before or after the service.
