How to Set Up Albums
Unlimited albums are included with the Medium and Large plans. To set them up:
- Log in to your host dashboard and open your gallery.
- From the Media menu, select Manage Albums.
- Select Add an Album.
- Enter an album name and description, and add a cover photo if you'd like.
- Repeat for each album you'd like to create.
Album privacy
To change who can see an album, select Edit and then Privacy:
- Public: anyone with the main QR code, or another album's QR code, can see it.
- Protected: visible in the gallery with a lock symbol. A passcode is needed to open it.
- Private: only people who scan this album's QR code or use its link can see it. Other guests won't know it exists. This is useful for an album just for close family.
Each album has its own QR code and link, so you can share a single album on its own if you wish.
Moving photos into albums
In your host dashboard, go to Media → Manage Media. Tick the photos you'd like to move, select Move, choose the album and confirm.
