How Long Can Family and Friends Keep Adding Photos?

The memorial gallery doesn't close when the service ends. Many people add their photos and memories in the days, weeks and months afterwards, once they've had time to look through what they have.

Depending on your plan, the gallery stays open for:

  • Small: 6 months
  • Medium: 12 months
  • Large: 24 months

During that time the QR code and private link keep working, so family and friends can continue to add photos, videos and messages.

When the gallery is nearing the end of its time, we'll email you. If you'd like to keep it open longer, contact us at [email protected] and we'll let you know the options.

You can download a copy of everything in the gallery at any time from your host dashboard.
