What Is the Maximum File Size for Photos and Videos?

Each person can share up to about 4GB or 100 files in a single upload. This limit applies to each batch, which can include a mix of photos and videos.

If someone would like to share hundreds of photos, we recommend sending them in a few smaller batches. This is also usually quicker.

On iPhone, you'll see the total file size appear at the bottom of the screen after tapping Add. There can be a short pause while the phone prepares the files (see "Why Is There a Delay After Tapping 'Add' on iPhone?").

If anyone has trouble sharing their files, contact us at [email protected].
