Do Guests Need an Internet Connection to Share Photos?

Yes. Photos, videos and guestbook messages are shared over the internet, using either Wi-Fi or mobile data. Large photos and videos need a reasonably strong connection.

If the venue has little or no reception, family and friends can still take part. The gallery stays open after the service, so they can add their photos and memories from home.

To help with this, you can:

  • Include the QR code on the order of service or a memorial card that people take home
  • Send the gallery's private link by text or email after the service
