How to Display Your QR Code at the Service

Honorpix provides editable design templates so you can display your QR code at the service in a way that feels fitting and respectful.

Where to find the templates

1. Log in to your host dashboard and open your gallery.
2. Select Design Templates from the Media menu.

How to add your QR code to a template

1. Choose a template, for example a sign for the entrance, a table card or an insert for the order of service.
2. Open it in Canva. You'll need a free Canva account if you don't already have one.
3. Download your QR code from your host dashboard.
4. Upload your QR code into the space marked in the template.
5. Add your loved one's name, a photo or a few words, and adjust the colors if you'd like.
6. Download and print, or save a digital copy to share.

Tips for displaying your QR code

• Print signs at A5 or A4 size (or letter size) so they're easy to scan from a short distance.
• Place them where people naturally pause, such as the entrance, beside the guest book or near refreshments.
• For outdoor services, a laminated sign will protect it from the weather.
• A short line such as "Please share your photos and memories of [name]" helps people understand what to do.

Honorpix is a digital service and doesn't print materials. Templates can be printed through Canva's print service, a local printer or at home.
