How to Share Your QR Code and Private Link

There are two ways family and friends can reach the memorial gallery: by scanning your QR code or by opening your private link (shown as the "Magic Link" in your host dashboard). Both open the same gallery.

Your QR code

The QR code works best in print. You can add it to:

  • The order of service or funeral program
  • Memorial cards or prayer cards
  • A sign at the entrance or near the guest book
  • Table cards at the reception or wake

Download your QR code from your host dashboard.

Your private link

The private link is best for sharing by message. You can send it by:

  • Text message or WhatsApp
  • Email
  • The funeral home's online obituary or tribute page
  • Family group chats or social media

This is especially helpful for people who can't attend the service in person, and for anyone who wants to add photos later.

Which link should I share?

Your dashboard shows two links:

  • Magic Link: share this one. Guests can open the gallery straight away with no PIN.
  • PIN-protected link: a backup link that asks for a passcode. Only share it if you also share the PIN.

Always copy the link from your host dashboard, not from your browser's address bar. A link copied from the address bar will ask guests for a PIN.
