I've Just Purchased — What Happens Next?

Thank you for choosing Honorpix. Setting up your memorial gallery takes just a few minutes.

Step 1 — Check your inbox

A welcome email will be sent to the email address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes. If you can't see it, please check your junk, spam or promotions folder. If it still hasn't arrived after 10 minutes, contact us at [email protected] and we'll send you the link directly.

Step 2 — Complete your setup

Click the link in the welcome email to create your account and add the details for the gallery:

• The name of your loved one, or the name you'd like the gallery to have
• The date of the service or gathering
• The location (optional)

Step 3 — Your host dashboard

Once setup is complete, you'll arrive at your host dashboard. From here you can:

• Download your QR code
• Copy your private link to share with family and friends
• Create albums to organize photos (Medium and Large plans)
• Add a tribute message or video
• Invite a family member as a co-host
• Set up the memorial slideshow

Step 4 — Share your QR code and link

Your QR code is ready straight away. You can add it to the order of service, memorial cards or a sign at the venue, and share the private link by text or email.
